An Italian food manufacturer offers baked healthy corn snacks. Thanks to a patented linseed oils blending method, the products are rich in Omega-3 content and are suitable for vegetarians. The company is currently seeking distributors and agents abroad, especially (but not exclusively) from Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore, with a view to establishing a distribution agreement and/or a commercial agency agreement.

The food manufacturer is looking for food importers, distributors and agents, experienced of big retailers and small shop chains, with the aim to establish country and/or regional sole distribution services and commercial agency long-term agreements. The company has a particular (but not exclusive) interest in getting in contact with partners from Japan, South Korea, China and Singapore. It is also open to consider a cooperation with partners from other countries.


The company was established in 2009 in Northern Italy, where its manufacturing operations are based. Its products are already exported to countries such as United Kingdom, Denmark, Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Malta, Israel and Taiwan. The product portfolio includes corn snacks with various flavours and different packaging specifications. Rich in Omega-3, no fishy smell nor taste, no preservatives, no colouring, no gluten, no glutamate, are just some of the distinctive characteristics of all products. Products are suitable for vegetarians. The producer offers a viable health-focused alternative to conventional snacks, as more and more countries are introducing regulations against “junk food”. The respect of quality is very high and certified by International Food Standard (IFS) and British Retail Consortium (BRC). Products are also compliant with Organic and Kosher standards. In addition, the production line process fully complies with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) standard with highly automated packaging system. Strict quality and hygiene control procedures are guaranteed through top-level automation equipment. The Italian food manufacturer is primarily looking for a long-term partnership with Japanese national and/or regional sole importers, distributors and agents in order to develop a presence in the country, since Japan is considered as one of the key strategic market due to the size of its population and high income per capita. Other primary target countries for a distribution services and/or a commercial agency agreement are South Korea, China and Singapore. The company is also open to consider a cooperation with partners from other countries.
