Polish company/start-up seeks distributors of specific business simulations to schools, universities and training companies
A Polish company/start-up, operating in the field of creation of industry specific business simulations, would like to establish co-operation with companies offering software and hardware solutions for the education sector under a distribution services agreement.
The desirable partners are SMEs and large companies. The partner's role will be independent sale of company's products on its market on basis of merit, technical and marketing support of the company. Any issues concerning payments for such a cooperation will be discussed and established during the negotiations between partners.
The Polish company/start-up was established in 2016 specializing in the field of creating educational software and hardware: business simulations for schools and universities. The products simulate running one's own business: the participants take on the roles of virtual company managers and make decisions as managers of real companies. They set the company's offer, hire staff, buy equipment and resources, set prices, etc. The business simulations are mainly intended for use in schools and universities in classes related to entrepreneurship, economy, business management, etc. Moreover, it can be use as well as trainings insofar as soft skills and competences, e.g. problems’ solving, creativity, analytical and strategic thinking, group working, etc. Business simulations are created in various branches to match the product to the schools’ and universities’ needs: professions and fields of education. Participants have possibility to learn how to run a business in their profession. The company’s offer includes six branch business simulations: a travel agency, a motor-vehicle repair shop, a hairdresser’s salon, a beauty salon and a transport company. The offer is still expanded for another branches. The company also fill an order for business simulations in a selected branch. Simulations are created in the web technology and can be available on any computer with access to the Internet. Currently, business simulations are available in Polish, English and Russian version but it can be quickly translated into other languages. The company is looking for cooperation based on distribution services agreement under which it is looking for distributors and high-end retailers to sell the above mentioned products. The potential partners are sought in the EU countries.
