The Romanian company has a production area of over 4700 sqm with technological equipment of high precision: - thermoforming machine for high quality training; dimensions up to 2500mm x 2500mm; - trimmer robot that ensures accurate, clean and fast 6-axis trimming; - spraying machine that allows simultaneous spraying of polyurethane and high-density glass fiber; - low density polyurethane foam injection equipment; - high capacity hydraulic presses. The company uses high density polyurethane, reinforced with fiberglass, used to produce polyurethane panels, shelters and containers of high quality, 100% recyclable, safe for the environment and which comply with EU regulations. The company's products are: • Polyurethane panels with multiple destinations - they are perfectly suitable for the manufacture of window shutters in all sizes, for gates, doors, side doors, insulation for parts, etc. The technical characteristics of these panels recommend them as a substitute for all kinds of wood products. • Thermal insulation shelters; • Containers and shelters for telecommunications equipment and other industrial or special applications; The company is offer to become a subcontractor for EU companies interested of the thermoplastic products.
