The normal recruitment procedure on receiving job applications is to invite the candidates in for one, two or three real time interviews to measure them against the job requirements and then make a decision. This is a very time consuming process for both the candidates and the recruiter(s). Using the one-way interview software developed by this British company significantly speeds up the entire recruitment process. Through the software, the recruiters set a series of questions for applicants to answer on video. Applicants take the video interview at a time to suit them using their laptop, desktop or smartphone. Recruiters review the applicants' videos at their convenience and have the opportunity to rate answers and share the videos with their colleagues. The company now seeks to engage with sales agents beyond the UK who have existing routes into company HR departments and recruitment agencies for a commercial agency agreement.

The video can be reviewed by the recruiters whenever their work load permits. The software has no on-going monthly charges. The recruiter purchases interview credits. The first time an applicant's video is reviewed it uses one credit, but can then be viewed an unlimited number of times without using additional credits. This means the recruiter only pays for what they use. It identifies those applicants who are really interested in the vacancy - those who complete the video. The software is branded for each agent, it comes with a branded website and can be supplied with marketing materials translated into the local language.
