Description

The family run UK business was established in the East of England in 1947. The family are still part of the management team and are involved in driving the business growth into new markets with a view to widening the client base. The company have delivered promotional and retail headwear for a number of years via distributors to some iconic global brands in automotive and retail sectors. There are currently 54 styles of caps and knitted beanies available with a variety of style, adjusters, branding options and all available in a wide variety of colours and fabrics. The company are aware that there is an opportunity to widen the business reach and are constantly striving to find new innovative means of branding headwear such as their recent laser etching machinery. The headwear factory has a 2.5 million capacity each month and stocks in excess of 1.8 million yards of fabric, which ensures consistency of dye throughout batches. The factory uses 60×20 head embroidery machines, 8×8 head sample embroidery machines and 16 sets of blocking machines using the very latest technology. The company are seeking distributors who already have a significant client base in the retail, marketing, corporate and merchandise sectors. In addition they are seeking commercial agents to promote a huge range of licensed brands (film, music, animation, and confectionary) of which are all available to print or embroider on demand across the range or to connect them up with appropriate partners in those sectors. . The company would like to engage with distribution partners under a distribution services agreement or commercial agents under a commercial agency agreement.
